The IT Sherpa is responsible for providing customer service and managing the sales process of new/prospective customers. This involves, but is not limited to: quoting, account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections. Pre-sales support functions include: product pricing, research, configuration and product information.

RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIREMENTS | •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. •Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features. •“Go the extra mile” to drive sales. •Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas. •Actively seek out new customers. •Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. •Cross sell products. •Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service. •Build productive trust relationships with customers and staff. •Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. •Proficiency in English •Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements. •Track record of over-achieving sales quota. •Solid communication and interpersonal skills. •Customer service focus. •Work with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. •Work with service department to effectively and efficiently quote customer needs.

MINIMUM SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS | Excellent customer service, Microsoft 365, Windows 7, 8.1 & 10, familiar with Windows Server

The NOC role is to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. They will provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required, or escalate the issue to a technician or engineer depending on the level of severity.

They must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.
